NDIS PROPERTY AUSTRALIA is here for you to realise your new Specialist Disability Accommodation home.
Our goal is to provide homes in city, suburban and rural locations that are close to amenities, services, and entertainment. This will allow people with disabilities to live as independently as possible and participate in the community.
We are always looking for new design and location opportunities for houses, townhouses, villas and apartments throughout Australia.
SDA IS OUR PASSION
SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) can be a tough process to navigate. Our team is continually striving to simplify the SDA process for every NDIS Investor as well as helping each NDIS Participant get back to what matters: achieving their housing goals and living life independently.
If you don’t have a home that meets your needs in terms of design or location, please contact us. We may have something in the works that will be a good fit for you.
We also keep in touch with other SDA providers and may be able to help you connect with them if our homes don’t meet your needs.

Whether you are listening as a participant, a property investor, a provider, builder, or developer, we cover a wide range of topics informative to any audience.
